Tyson “Ty” Mayers was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. While following his career as a PGA Professional, Ty relocated to Rehoboth Beach in 1994 to assume the role as Head Golf Professional at Kings Creek CC. In his over 20 year career in the Golf Industry, Ty developed the art of listening carefully, paying attention to every detail, and exercising exemplary customer service skills; all of which he utilizes daily with all of his real estate clients. Ty started his real estate career in 2007 as a loan officer for a local mortgage company. While working with the mortgage company Ty effectively used an array of loan programs to finance the needs of clients such as first time homebuyers, second/vacation home buyers, and real estate investors. Today he has found that experience to be an invaluable learning tool for his career. Ty joined RE/MAX Realty Group in 2008 and made the transition to full time real estate sales in 2009. Building relationships and making Sussex County home for nearly 20 years, along with his background in the service industry and finance, makes him a single point of contact for all of your home buying or selling needs.
